Thrombocytopenia is observed in different clinical situations as inherited and acquired forms. Intracranial bleeding is major life threatening of severe thrombocytopenia. Thrombocytopenia, peripheral blood findings and chromosomal study have opened new insight for correct diagnosis and treatment.
